My arm gets quite wide at the top. I can’t even show you my legs yet. They’re still too embarrassing.

Posted on 01-12-10 / PermalinkAnonymous asked: Hi. This will probably mean nothing to you, but I think you're beautiful. You look fucking gorgeous at the weight you're at. I wish you wouldn't post and idolize so many pictures of girls who are way too skinny. Girls who are model skinny aren't fun to hug or make love to. They have no breasts or ass, and they're always starving themselves. They eat less than they should, and they're not good dinner companions. Girls who have a figure are much more attractive. I'm not saying fat. I'm saying a figure. At your height you will NOT have a figure at 115 pounds. You aren't going to live a happy life if you're constantly worried about losing weight. You're not eating a healthy amount of food. I'm not even concerned about that, because I can tell you're independent and smart. What I AM concerned about is that someone who seems so pretty and perfect and awesome the way she is right now is worried about looking fat. You're seriously beautiful. I wish you'd stop. There are a ton of guys out there like me who want to date you. 138 is a perfect weight. Please be more confident, because I think you're lovely.
This almost made me cry… I don’t know what to say. I wish I knew people as kind as you in real life, but I don’t. I’ve never had a boyfriend, and I’ve learned to not mind. I don’t know if I have bad self-esteem per se, since I try my best to carry myself well. (Plus nobody knows about my eating struggles for the past three years)… I don’t like to portray weakness or share how I feel to people I really know because I feel so insignifigant and I feel like a failure at my current weight. I can’t help but feel wrong in this body that I currently reside in which is how come I want to reduce it further.
And I know that you may think 138 is perfect, but if you saw me you’d see that I don’t look lovely, as I would if I were smaller. I don’t want to be bigger than a guy who I like, it makes me feel disgusting.
But thank you so much for your kind words, my heart is so full and I wish that I could feel beautiful like how you see girls of my size.
Peace and love to you, genuinely.
xx
I know I don’t have many followers, so let me know if you would want to see progress photos every week or two… I won’t do it if nobody would care, I’ll keep them for myself.

Anonymous asked: seriously. go see a therapist. anorexia is a disease, and you have it.
I would like to clarify, I do not have anorexia. I used to be bulimic, but I was not even thin while bulimic either. I admit, I did need help during the two years that I had bulimia, but I never sought it because I could never handle the devastation it would cause my parents. But I’m 7 weeks recovered so I’m pursuing weight loss without purging. I am also not underweight or thin, and I do eat, so I don’t have anorexia.
I am only restricting my caloric intake a little bit so that I can feel beautiful and comfortable. Thank you for caring though.
Anonymous asked: you need serious help.
No I don’t.

Type As flourish on vegetarian diets Type As are predisposed to heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. It is particularly important for sensitive Type As to get their foods in as natural a state as possible: fresh, pure, and organic. When you get on the Type A Diet, you will naturally be thinner. If you are accustomed to eating meat, you’ll lose weight rather rapidly in the beginning as you eliminate the toxic foods from your diet. And when you follow the Type diet, you can supercharge your immune system and potentially short-circuit the development of life-threatening diseases. When Type As eat meat, they experience sluggishness. Type As have low stomach-acid content, therefore they have a hard time digesting meat. Since Type As eat very little animal protein, nuts and seeds supply an important protein component. Type As alsothrive on the vegetable proteins found in beans and legumes, except those mentioned for the “Avoid” list. These beans can cause a decrease in insulin production, which may cause obesity and diabetes. Tofu should be a staple in the Type A Diet. Dairy foods are also poorly digested by Type As, and can cause metabolic slowdown. Type As can tolerate small amounts of fermented dairy products such as yogurt, kefir, nonfat sour cream, and cultured dairy products. Vegetables are vital to the Type A Diet, providing minerals, enzymes and antioxidants. Type A are very sensitive to the lectins in potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, cabbage, tomatoes and peppers. They aggravate the delicate stomach of Type A. Type A should eat more fruits that are alkaline, avoid mangoes, papaya and oranges for they are not good for your digestive tract. DETAILED CHART: HERE
